Pro bono publico (English: for the public good; usually shortened to pro bono) is a Latin phrase for professional work undertaken voluntarily and without payment or at a reduced fee as a public service.
I decided to join the Financial services industry in year 2001 because of an announcement made by MAS. The Financial Advisers Act (FAA) 2001 has shown me the firm confident of Singapore Government wanting to transform the Financial Service industry to a more professional services for the benefit of serving People and to help people take control of their personal financial.
In the last 12 years, I have always step forward to take up any form of volunteering services as long as it really meaningful. Meaningful to at least promote financial literacy to the public.
